When you are looking at car insurance, you will hear companies talking about No Claims Discount (NCD). NCD is the number of years you have had insurance for and not made a claim. The more years you have without making a claim, the higher your number of NCD years will be.

Sometimes we’ll ask you to provide proof of the NCD that you’ve built with a previous insurer. Within your online My Account area you can upload proof of your NCD. You can upload a saved file or take a picture of your proof.

Proof of NCD we can accept

We can accept proof of NCD for a number of scenarios:

  • Private vehicles insured in the UK
  • Company vehicles insured in the UK
