What no claims discount proof do I need to send to you?

You will need to send us proof of your no claims discount within 7 days for a car insurance policy and 7 days for a van insurance policy of your policy start date. If you don’t then the cost of your policy will increase or, in some cases, may be cancelled. The expiry/renewal date of your previous policy must be no more than 24 months before the start date of your new policy with us. We accept a renewal notice, policy schedule or letter from the previous car insurance company showing the following essential information:

• The expiry date of the motor insurance
• The name of the driver who earned the no claims discount: This must be the Regular Driver on the motor insurance policy with us, who could be a different person to the Policyholder.
• The no claims discount entitlement in years or percentage.
