What it covers

  • Your buildings are insured against loss or damage caused by subsidence, heave or landslip

What isn't covered

  • Damage to swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, service tanks, cenral drives, walls, fences, gates and hedges unless your home is damaged by the same cause and at the same time
  • Caused by river or coastal erosion
  • Damage occuring while the building is undergoing domolition, structural alterations or structural repairs
  • Loss or damage occuring during any period when the home is unoccupied for longer than permitted period of unoccupancy, or/and between lets

  • Your contents are insured against loss or damage caused by subsidence, heave or landslip

What isn't covered

  • Settlement, shrinkage or expansion
  • Caused by river or coastal erosion
  • Damage occuring while the building is undergoing domolition, structural alterations or structural repairs
  • Loss or damage to any property belonging to the tenant
