Budget Insurance is arranged and administered by BISL Limited, an insurance intermediary. References to 'We', 'Us' and 'Our' mean BISL Limited. Any information you give to us will only be used to provide you with a Budget Insurance quote and/or policy.

It is important that the information you provide throughout the quote and duration of the policy is accurate.

Failure to disclose correct and complete information to the best of your knowledge may result in increased premiums, refusal of a claim or not being fully paid, your policy being cancelled or being made null & void and treated as if it never existed

How we use your data

  • Sharing your data with our insurers. You can see a list of the insurers we use in our Privacy Policy .
  • Using your data for fraud prevention and to verify the information you provide to us.
  • Checks with external databases such as credit reference agencies and publicly available sources of information as part of this process. Any credit searches will appear on your credit report but will not be visible to other lenders, unless you take out a policy and choose to pay by monthly instalments.

If you have previously held a product with BISL Limited or obtained a quote in the past, we may carry out checks against the data we already hold on you.
